I can’t wait till we – Scotland and Spain – lock horns in the Euro 2012 qualifiers. I’ve already prepared for our inevitable qualification. To make sure I’ve got somewhere to stay until the final – yes, THE FINAL – I’ve reserved a number of well-situated Polish and Ukrainian parking spaces.

Amongst other cities, I’ll be putting the khar into Kharkiv. (Which, as only trivia obsessives, weirdos and Ukrainians will know, is Ukraine’s second largest city; with a population of 1,461,000.)

Diego, my Spanish cousin, doesn’t reckon much to Scotland’s chances. But the pair of us have always been competitive. Lately, though, he’s really been nippin’ ma heid. Taking the Miguel out of me.

As you’ll see from the poster, we’re taking this pretty personally. Diego will soon be laughing on the other side of his grille.
